Please join the Auburn Chamber of Commerce for a seminar on the SBA’s 504 Loan Program with an approved lender, the Worcester Business Development Corporation (WBDC). The 504 loan is an SBA-funded program that provides long-term, fixed rate financing for small businesses to purchase equipment or real estate. The funds are used for capital – for the purchase of land and buildings, new construction and renovation, and acquisition of equipment and vehicles.
